Job summary

Greet London Harlow, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant, bar and events operations. You will create a welcoming environment for guests and support a busy team to deliver consistently high service across all outlets.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will optimise stock, schedules and compliance, drive revenue growth and uphold the greet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality团队 and delivering guest-focused service.
• Proven ability to manage stock, costing and health and safety standards.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead food & beverage operation across restaurant, bar and meetings/events.
• Coach and develop frontline teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Own stock management, labour planning, compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with General Manager to grow revenue and profitability.
• Ensure events/banqueting are delivered with attention to detail and service.
