Greet London Harlow, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant, bar and events operations. You will create a welcoming environment for guests and support a busy team to deliver consistently high service across all outlets.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will optimise stock, schedules and compliance, drive revenue growth and uphold the greet brand standards.
greet London Harlow is bringing something new to the UK hospitality market.
As the first greet hotel to open in the UK, we're introducing Accor's feel-good hospitality brand to Harlow, creating a place that combines comfort, personality and genuine hospitality. Designed around the things guests value most, greet focuses on great service, welcoming spaces and memorable experiences delivered by people who care. The hotel features 119 bedrooms, The Sculpt Restaurant, The Sculpt Bar and flexible meeting and event facilities for up to 180 guests.
Managed by Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, this is an opportunity to join a hotel at an exciting stage of its journey and play a key role in shaping its future success.
Hospitality is all about people, and this role sits at the centre of that.
You'll lead our food and beverage operation across the restaurant, bar and meetings & events spaces, creating an environment where guests feel welcome and colleagues feel supported. Visible across the operation, you'll spend time with your team during service, coaching, developing and helping them deliver consistently great experiences.
You'll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen the guest experience and continue building the reputation of the hotel's food and beverage offer. Whether that's enhancing service standards, developing the team, introducing new ideas or finding ways to improve profitability, you'll have the freedom to make a genuine impact.
Alongside the guest-facing side of the role, you'll take ownership of stock management, labour planning, compliance and departmental performance, ensuring the operation runs efficiently while maintaining the personality, warmth and standards that define the greet brand.
Meetings, events and banqueting will also form an important part of the operation. From business conferences to social gatherings, you'll help ensure every event is delivered with the same attention to detail and level of service that guests expect throughout the hotel.
We're looking for somebody who genuinely enjoys leading people and delivering exceptional hospitality.
You'll understand that great guest experiences start with engaged teams and will be passionate about creating a culture where colleagues feel valued, developed and motivated to perform at their best. You'll be comfortable leading from the front, supporting busy services and working alongside your team whenever required.
Experience within a hotel food and beverage environment is important, particularly across restaurant, bar and events operations. You'll bring strong beverage stock control knowledge, a solid understanding of health and safety requirements and the commercial awareness needed to help drive departmental performance.
You'll also enjoy finding new opportunities to grow revenue and improve the guest experience. greet encourages individuality and personality, so we're looking for somebody who brings fresh ideas, embraces change and enjoys helping a business evolve.
This is an opportunity to join a hotel where your contribution will genuinely be noticed.
You'll work alongside a General Manager who is passionate about developing people and committed to helping team members broaden their commercial and financial understanding. You'll have the support you need to succeed, alongside the freedom and autonomy to lead your department in a way that works for your team and guests.
The hotel already has strong foundations in place, including an established supervisor and a committed team. That creates the opportunity to focus on developing people, enhancing the guest experience and continuing to build a food and beverage operation that becomes known locally for its service, atmosphere and reputation.
Most importantly, you'll have the chance to help shape food and beverage within the very first greet hotel in the UK. Opportunities to influence a brand during such an important stage of its growth are rare, and we're looking for somebody who is excited by the challenge.
