Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to drive service excellence and profitability across all hotel venues. You will lead a high-performing team, shape marketing and guest experience strategies, and manage budgets to maximise guest satisfaction and financial results.

Located in central London, the hotel features 205 guest rooms, multiple venues, and a strong brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage department to deliver on the hotel’s purpose, brand promise, and strategic priorities.
• Oversee operations across all venues, ensuring service excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong financial performance.
• Develop and implement F&B marketing and social media strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans, proactively controlling costs and maximising profitability.
• Drive upselling, menu engineering, and innovative concepts to stay competitive and exceed guest expectations.
• Support and coach colleagues through regular training, communication, and performance reviews, fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, health & safety, and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure smooth operations and overall hotel success.
