Job summary

Avisford Park Hotel in West Sussex is seeking a Guest Service Team Leader - Food & Beverage to support the F&B Manager. You will lead the team across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, ensuring a warm welcome and memorable guest experiences.

You will build strong relationships across departments, drive service excellence, upsell across outlets, and help maximise revenue. Previous F&B supervisory experience in a hotel is required, with strong communication and time management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends.
• Ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences and handle high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Food & Beverage team to ensure high-quality service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Forge strong rapport with guests and cross-department teams to maximise service delivery and revenue.
