Job summary

Searles Leisure Resort in the United Kingdom is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Member to deliver outstanding service across the resort’s outlets. You will be the friendly face of the operation, engaging customers and assisting with food and drink service.

The role requires teamwork, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness while handling cash and supporting daily service events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service delivery and a welcoming manner.
• Ability to work as part of a team and act as the public face of the business.
• Desirable to have previous experience in hospitality; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Serve Food and Drink across resort outlets, following the 8 steps of service.
• Keep Food & Beverage areas clean and prepared for service.
• Maintain a clean, tidy work area at all times.
• Assist with sorting deliveries as required.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to Company and Department procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
• Keep up-to-date with menu items, daily specials, and events.
• Comply with Data Protection, Health & Safety and Safeguarding regulations; ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete in-house training and participate in team meetings.
• Act as an ambassador for the business and promote externally when appropriate.
• Perform any other duties as required.
