Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to join our hotel team in the United Kingdom. You will warmly welcome guests, take and serve orders, and maintain a high standard of presentation and service throughout service periods.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams, handle beverage preparation, assist with stock, and uphold hygiene and safety standards. Prior F&B experience is a plus, but we welcome a readiness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas for an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in the workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a seamless service.
