Job summary

ATG Entertainment seeks a seasoned F&B Commercial Lead to own supplier negotiations, category strategy, and pricing across its venue estate. You will manage supplier relationships, test new product concepts, and drive commercial income and rebates in line with the company strategy.

You will work with the F&B team to analyse performance, optimise range and pricing, and implement promotions with clear business cases across Lounges, Priority Bars and Deliver at Seat formats.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management, buying, or trading in grocery, convenience, wholesale, or hospitality.
• Proven negotiation track record with tangible outcomes.
• Strong numeracy and ability to interrogate data for clear recommendations.
• Experience owning supplier relationships and delivering results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations, annual price reviews, and promotions funding.
• Own day-to-day supplier relationships and quarterly business reviews.
• Drive range and category strategy with venue teams and performance analysis.
• Execute pricing, promotions, and master data upkeep across the estate.
