Job summary

Gather and Gather is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive profitability and strategic initiatives across F&B operations. The role involves engaging with clients, delivering presentations, and performing financial analyses to support commercial decisions.

You will partner with operations, procurement and finance, monitor costs and tariffs, and contribute to tender and renewal processes while leading team development and reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret datasets.
• Strong commercial awareness across F&B or retail.
• Experience analysing and presenting financial data for decisions.
• Clear communicator able to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Excel for financial modelling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and drive profit initiatives in F&B and related areas.
• Support tariff changes, pricing, and sector reporting analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to support tenders and renewals.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance on cost management.
