Hotel Co 51 UK is seeking an F&B & Bar Supervisor to oversee daily operations of Hopscotch restaurant and bar at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.

You will lead staff, allocate tasks and drive service excellence to ensure guest experiences exceed expectations. You will recruit, train and motivate a team, maintain HACCP standards and build lasting relationships with guests and partners in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Open personality and attitude.
• Leader with attention to service, detail and quality.
• Extensive experience in leading positions within hotel, restaurant or meeting business.
• Broad knowledge and a passion of F&B.
• Proficient user of MS Office and hotel and restaurant systems (e.g. MICROS).
• Good knowledge of guest service.
• International experience and training is an advantage.

As the F&B & Bar Supervisor you are responsible for the daily operation of our Hopscotch restaurant at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC.
