DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport, operated by Axiom Hospitality Limited, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Truly Talented team. You will work closely with the F&B leadership to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible hours, and delivering excellent guest experiences, with benefits including staff discounts, holiday entitlement, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Excellent communication with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in busy restaurant/bar environment preferred but not essential.
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages as requested by guests.
• Ensuring tables are set and ready for guests.
• Taking and delivering guest orders promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Having good knowledge of the menu and offering recommendations.
• Responding to guest queries and menu questions.
• Communicating dietary needs and special requests to teams.
