Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport is recruiting a Bartender to join our Truly Talented team at the airport campus in Manchester. You will deliver high standards of hospitality in our restaurant and bar, with a focus on wine, cocktails and speciality drinks, and you’ll learn the food menu to delight guests.

This permanent, full-time role offers benefits including discounts across Hilton hotels, 28 days holiday rising to 33, free meals on shift, and gym access.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
