Job summary

Ardencote Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Bars team. You will help create memorable experiences across our restaurants, hotel and spa, delivering warm, attentive service and maintaining high standards.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a good grasp of food hygiene, and excellent communication skills. Roles include mornings, afternoons, and evenings with flexible hours. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Have previous hospitality or food & beverage experience
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards
• Have confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Have great communication and people skills
• Have a positive attitude and passion for outstanding guest service
• Experience in high-volume service (Even Better If)
• Food Safety training or a relevant qualification (Even Better If)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after guests with warmth and professionalism
• Delivering friendly, attentive food and beverage service
• Working across our restaurants, Bars & Lounges
• Preparing and maintaining front and back of house areas
• Confidently running a section during breakfast, lunch or dinner in our restaurants or looking after our guests in our bars or lounges
• Answering guest questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way
• Completing training and refresher sessions to develop your skills
• Helping maintain the high standards Ardencote is known for
