Job summary

Ardencote invites you to join the Food & Beverage team at Ardencote Hotel & Spa in Warwickshire. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will help create memorable guest experiences across our restaurants, hotel and spa, delivering warm, attentive service and maintaining high standards.

We offer full-time, part-time and zero-hours roles with shifts spanning day times and evenings, including early breakfast starts. Training and development are provided to help you progress in your hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards.
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and look after guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Deliver friendly, attentive food and beverage service.
• Work across restaurants and hospitality venues.
• Prepare and maintain front and back of house areas.
• Set up and close down service areas for events.
• Run a section during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.
• Answer guest questions in a friendly, knowledgeable way.
• Complete training and refresher sessions to develop skills.
