Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Delivering friendly, attentive food and beverage service across restaurants, hotel and spa.
• Preparing and maintaining front and back of house areas.
• Setting up and closing down service areas for functions and events.
• Confidently running a section during breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.
• Answering guest questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way.
• Completing training and refresher sessions to develop your skills.
