Job summary

The Londoner in London is seeking an F&B & Spa Assistant to join our Spa and Health Club, The Retreat at The Londoner Hotel. You will ensure the Spa is clean and welcoming, assist guests and members, and help maintain high standards throughout the facility.

You will monitor stock levels, serve snacks and beverages from Refuel bar, and actively promote spa services to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field.
• Proven track record of achieving targets while delivering attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and telephone manner.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for ensuring that the Spa is kept clean and tidy and that guests and members using the Spa have everything they need.
• You will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting when stock levels get too low.
• You will serve healthy snacks and refreshments to guests from the Refuel bar.
• You will also promote and sell the services of The Spa when speaking to guests to ensure that you maximise potential for all sales.

Overview:

• An Amazing opportunity to join our Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as an F & B & Spa Assistant.
