Job summary

Olympic Primary is seeking a devoted Early Years Practitioner to help create a safe, nurturing environment where young learners thrive. You will support planning, delivery of EYFS activities and observe children’s progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification, have experience with young children, and demonstrate patience, good communication and teamwork. A safeguarding-minded, proactive approach and collaboration with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Has experience working with young children (essential).
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Job description

The successful candidate will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children within the Early Years setting, helping to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where all pupils can thrive.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood development and committed to supporting young learners at the start of their educational journey.
