Job summary

Academics is recruiting a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for a fantastic primary school in Wandsworth, London, from September 2026 to July 2027. This full-time, term-time role supports the Early Years team in a nurturing nursery environment and includes close collaboration with the class teacher and SEN support.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare and demonstrable EYFS experience, with a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, TA studies, or related field.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally Nursery or primary.
• Experience supporting children with SEN with differentiated strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to pupils, including children with SEN.
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
