Job summary

Teach Plus are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in West London, starting ASAP. You will support EYFS learning, develop pupil wellbeing and work with teachers to provide high-quality learning support.

The ideal candidate holds a CACHE Level 3 in EYFS, has UK experience, and can build positive relationships with pupils. This role offers a welcoming primary school environment and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Minimum CACHE Level 3 in EYFS
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant/Nursery Practitioner or similar role
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Minimum of 3 months UK experience
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the EYFS setting with their learning, development and day-to-day activities
• Assist the class teacher with the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• Develop positive relationships with children, encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support based on individual learning and developmental needs
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Observe and record children's progress, sharing relevant information with the class teacher and wider team
