Are you passionate about early childhood education and the growth of young children? GSL Education is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join several primary schools in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare and a strong grasp of the EYFS curriculum and its underlying principles.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Collaborating with the class teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons following the EYFS curriculum.
• Building a supportive partnership with colleagues and parents to cater to each child's unique requirements.
• Providing individual and group support to students, guiding them in their learning activities, and evaluating their progress.
• Contributing to the creation of an inspiring learning environment that nurtures children's social, emotional, and academic development.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Enhanced DBS child workforce clearance registered on the Update Service.
• A Level 2 or 3 Certificate in School Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Childcare and Education Level 3 Diploma.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and compassion when addressing the distinct needs of young learners.
