Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
• Nurturing, patient and energetic approach to teaching young children.
• Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development.
