Job summary

Guardian Selection Limited in Greater Manchester is recruiting an EYFS Teacher for a primary school in Tameside with an immediate start. You will be a confident, reflective practitioner who understands how young children learn and can help them build strong foundations across the prime areas of learning.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum, providing high-quality continuous provision indoors and outdoors, supporting communication and language, and assessing pupil

Qualifications

• QTS is essential to apply.
• Experience teaching in EYFS/Reception is required.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and play-based learning.
• Ability to deliver phonics and support early reading.

• Support communication and language, and personal, social and emotional development (PSED) throughout the school day.
• Deliver phonics and early reading, and support early writing in line with the current Writing Framework.
• Assess and record pupil progress against EYFS Development Matters and the Early Learning Goals.
• Liaise closely with parents/carers and the wider EYFS team.

Requirements:

A fully enhanced DBS and two professional references covering the last two years are required.
