Step Teachers is seeking an EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing early years setting as a full-time, long-term temporary role starting September 2026. You will support children with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis, fostering confidence and early development.

This EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant role offers a full-time, long-term temporary and ongoing opportunity starting in September 2026. The EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant will support young children with additional needs in an early years setting, helping them feel secure, engaged, and ready to learn. This role is ideal for a caring and patient EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant who enjoys working closely with pupils to support communication, regulation, and early development within a calm and supportive environment.

Duties as EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Support children with SEND within an EYFS setting on a one-to-one or small group basis
