Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an EYFS/Reception Teacher for a Speke primary school starting January 2027. The role offers a temp-to-perm path with a daily rate of £130-£232.56. You will join a friendly EYFS team focused on nurturing language development and play-based learning.

The school emphasises safeguarding and strong parent communication and provides CPD and ongoing support through Teaching Personnel.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS (or is an ECT with strong placement experience).
• Passion for Early Years education.
• Creativity, patience, and strong behaviour management.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child-led learning.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Can work well as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging EYFS curriculum lessons.
• Create a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment.
• Work with support staff to ensure all children make good progress.
• Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to support development.
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values.
