Job summary

Link3 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an EYFS/Reception Supply Teacher to work in Coventry and surrounding areas across welcoming primary schools. Roles include daily, short-term, long-term, and MAT/sickness cover with QTS essential and strong phonics experience.

The ideal candidate will have EYFS knowledge and a play-based phonics approach, delivering engaging phonics sessions and fostering inclusive education. DBS required; flexible opportunities and local support seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS teaching experience.
• Phonics training and delivery experience (Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics or equivalent).
• Confident planning and delivering engaging phonics sessions that support early reading and literacy development.
• Deep knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development, classroom and behaviour management strategies suited to early years.
• Be nurturing, calm, and patient, with a strong commitment to inclusive education.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and school teams.

Responsibilities
