Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Experience working with children in Early Years and KS1.
• Phonics training or demonstrable experience delivering phonics.
• Two professional references from recent employers.
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through TeacherActive.
• The Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

The successful candidate will ideally be phonics trained and have a strong understanding of the Early Reading Framework, enabling them to support pupils in developing essential literacy skills for future success.
