Job summary

The Education Network is seeking a Reception Graduate Teaching Assistant in Birmingham for a September 2026 to July 2027 contract at an Outstanding primary school in Yardley. You will support EYFS learners in a Reception class, helping them settle in and engage with literacy, numeracy, and early communication skills under the guidance of the class teacher.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Interest in education and pupil progress.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the EYFS curriculum in a Reception class, helping them settle into routines and engage in learning.
