TeacherActive Ltd in Oxford is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly setting. You should hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification and be passionate about early years development.

The role offers four long days per week with an extra day off, supporting EYFS learning in a warm, supportive environment. You will work full-time, enjoy market-leading pay, and benefit from PAYE payroll and ongoing CPD opportunities through My-Progression.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, flexible and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support children's learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
