Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is opening a new Nursery at Skinner Street Primary School in January 2027. We are seeking a qualified Nursery/ EYFS teacher with proven experience to create a safe, engaging environment where young children build confidence and early learning skills.

You will work closely with the EYFS Lead to shape a stimulating start to school life. You will lead a Nursery/EYFS classroom, plan and prepare age-appropriate activities, and collaborate with families and the wider school

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Nursery/EYFS classroom and supporting families with transition into Nursery/School.
• Ability to plan engaging, age-appropriate activities for early years learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a caring, stimulating environment for Nursery/Reception children.
• Plan and prepare lessons and activities appropriate for the EYFS setting.
• Collaborate with the EYFS Lead and wider Oasis community to support best outcomes.
