Qualifications

• Experience of leading a Year R classroom and supporting families with the transition into school, with a track record of building strong relationships to boost attainment and attendance.
• A passion for education of the littlest learners, with expertise in various methods of delivering engaging learning activities.
• The desire to bring innovation and interactivity into all areas of your teaching, continuously reaching for excellence.
• An ability to quickly develop rapport with all members of the school community, while developing and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Creating a caring, stimulating and engaging environment that enables all pupils to learn effectively, mindful of the fact that some pupils, will not have experience attending a similar setting.
• Planning and preparing lessons and learning activities appropriate for the age group and ability of the children in the class.
