About Early Years Ltd. is seeking an EYFS Teacher for a full-time role in Southall, Ealing, starting January 2027. The position is for two terms with potential extension, working in a Nursery Class to support early learning and development.

The successful candidate will promote play-based learning, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative school community in Southall.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as EYFS Teacher or similar role.
• Strong curriculum knowledge for EYFS.
• Enhanced DBS with Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities aligned to the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive nursery environment supporting curiosity and language development.
• Assess and monitor progress using observations to guide next steps.
• Establish routines and positive behaviour to support wellbeing and readiness to learn.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and support for all children, including those with additional needs.
• Engage with parents to share progress and development.
