Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an Early Years Learning Support Assistant in Whitchurch, Hampshire. This temporary, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm, with a start date in October 2026 or sooner.

Daily pay is £92.63, and the school may offer training on the job for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have EYFS experience or willingness to learn, provide relevant references, hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one, and present an up-to-date CV outlining

Qualifications

Experience in an EYFS setting is desirable.
Willingness to learn/train within the role.
References from previous employers are required.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
A current CV outlining education and employment history.

Responsibilities

Support children with learning and development in a reception/early years setting.
Create engaging activities to support learning and development.
Collaborate with staff, parents and pupils to support individual needs.
Maintain child safety and safeguarding practices.
