Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming and supportive primary school in Fleetwood.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development. The successful candidate will join a committed EYFS team and play a vital role in helping children achieve their full potential during the most important stages of their educational journey.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative Early Years lessons.
  • Work with small groups and individual pupils to develop key skills.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Assist with observations, assessments, and learning records.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.
  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
