Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced EYFS teacher with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, ambitious leadership of the Early Years Foundation Stage to secure high-quality provision and outcomes.
• Lead the EYFS curriculum development to be ambitious, engaging, well-sequenced, and responsive.
• Ensure inclusive provision for SEND, disadvantaged pupils and those needing additional support.
• Develop effective parent and family engagement around children’s learning and development.
• Lead smooth transitions from Nursery/Reception into Key Stage 1 and support staff during changes.
• Contribute to the Christian vision and ethos of St Martin's to help every child Let their light shine.
