The role combines leadership of the Early Years provision with high-quality teaching to create a nurturing, play-based learning environment that supports every child’s confidence and curiosity.

You will lead curriculum development, mentor EYFS staff, monitor progress and work with parents and professionals to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or developing EYFS provision.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and assessment practices.
• Experience in a school setting with leadership responsibilities.
