St. Martin’s CE Primary School has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated EYFS teacher to take on a leadership role within Early Years. This TLR role includes a full-time teaching commitment within our Reception class. alongside responsibility for leading and developing high-quality Early Years provision. It allows the successful candidate to work closely with senior leaders to enhance the provision, teaching, and learning experiences for children in Early Years.

Visits to the school are essential. Lesson observations will take place as part of the selection process week beginning 12th October 2026, with interviews the following week.
All posts are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, Barred List Checks, along with other relevantpre-employment checks.
Enhanced DBS disclosures will be renewed at least every five years.
