Job summary

Rushden Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join a committed and ambitious team. You will help shape and embed a new EYFS outdoor learning environment planned for October 2026, while delivering high-quality EYFS education.

The role suits an Early Career Teacher or someone early in their teaching career, with strong coaching, mentoring and professional development to help you grow into outstanding practice.
