Job summary

Rushden Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher to join our committed team in Rushden. You will contribute to the development of a brand-new EYFS outdoor learning environment opening in October 2026, and work closely with the EYFS Lead to deliver outstanding early years education.

The role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher or a teacher in the early stages of their career who is eager to learn, develop and refine practice.

• Collaborate with the EYFS Lead and staff to promote outstanding practice.
• Contribute to school improvement, wellbeing and family engagement.
