Job summary

justteachers is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting from September 2026. • Liaise with teaching staff, the SENCO, and pastoral teams to ensure consistent support.

Pre-requisites:

• Experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with SEN.
• Understanding of a range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism, ADHD, or moderate learning difficulties.
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to motivate and build positive relationships with young people.
• Reliable, professional, and flexible approach.
