About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for Edgeborough School, Frensham, Farnham.

Location: Edgeborough School, Frensham, Farnham GU10 3AH; Part-time, term time only; 8:15am–1:00pm, Monday to Friday (potential to increase).

Salary: £15.00–£16.00 per hour depending on experience. Closing date: 17/11/2026. This role supports an EYFS pupil, helping them access learning and develop independence while safeguarding at all times.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
• Level 2/3 TA qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the pupil's school day.
• Help the pupil access learning, engage with peers and participate positively in all aspects of school-life.
• Build a trusting and supportive relationship that promotes confidence and self-esteem.
• Support emotional wellbeing, social development and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, the SENDCo and therapists to progress targets.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and parent/planning meetings as relevant.
• Support participation in enrichment activities, including school trips and outdoor learning.
