Job summary

Banstead Preparatory School is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Assistant to support a child in EYFS, helping them thrive academically and emotionally. The role is full-time, term-time only, with a 1-year fixed-term contract and strong renewal potential.

You will work 37.25 hours per week (4 days at 7.25 hours, 1 day 8.25 hours to support a club), starting January 2027 or earlier for the right candidate. The school emphasizes a warm, inclusive environment and safeguarding commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1:1 support to young children in early years settings.
