Job summary

Boots Opticians is recruiting a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers in-store, forming strong relationships and guiding them to the right eyewear solutions. You will support eye-tests pre-screening and aftercare, with opportunities to develop through the Step Into Optics training programme.

• Ordering, dispensing and collection of glasses and contact lenses
• Supporting with eye-tests and pre-screening activities
• Providing aftercare support through repairs and adjustments
• Completing operational and administrative tasks associated with dispensing prescriptions
• Maintaining shop floor standards
