Job summary

Boots Opticians is seeking a Retail Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers on the shop floor. You’ll greet customers, assist with eyewear selections, and participate in pre-screening activities for eye-tests, ensuring a positive, consultative customer journey.

You will work on dispensing prescriptions, handling glasses and contact lenses, and providing aftercare through repairs and adjustments while maintaining store standards and supporting store operations.
