Extrusion Operators – Permanent Role!

Location:Desborough, NN14

Pay:Up to £13.25 per hour (including attendance bonus) + overtime at 1.5x pay

Shifts:4 ON / 4 OFF Rotating (12-hour shifts: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Start Date:Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up orders and machinery according to product specifications


• Changing reels using heavy-duty lifters


• Carrying out regular quality checks and production quantity checks


• Adjusting machinery settings and replacing basic parts when needed


• Labelling and packing finished products


• Maintaining good housekeeping standards


• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Extrusion Operator, ideally in plastics or polythene


• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment


• Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask


• Physically fit – the role involves manual handling and heavy lifting


• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal


• A proactive attitude and the ability to work without supervision
