Job Title: Machine Operator (BoR)

Location: Corby

Pay: from £12.50 per hour

Shift Details:

1. Initially days, Monday to Friday
2. Rotating 12-hour days & nights, 4 on / 4 off rotation

Job Description:

My client in Corby is looking to add 2 people to their Machine Operator team within their manufacturing environment.

Initially, they will provide a minimum of 2 weeks of 1-2-1 training to ensure that the full potential of the candidate is reached, allowing for internal progression.

Candidate Requirements:

• Desire to work in a career-oriented environment rather than "just a job"
• Ambitious and willing to work within a team environment, assisting other teams if needed
• Ability to commit to the 12-hour shifts on the 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a role that may be repetitive initially
