Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a Full Time Team Leader to manage care packages at Weavers Court, Diss. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating tasks, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. A 6-month fixed-term contract and holiday entitlements are included.

The candidate should have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care ( Level 3 in progress preferred), be DBS checked, and have strong communication skills. A driving license is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams and supervising staff.
• Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding standards.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for care packages and supervise Radis staff.
• Schedule and allocate care tasks, ensuring care plans and medications are followed.
• Support people with personal care, medication, and community-based activities.
• Take part in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover when needed.
