Job summary

Radis Community Care are seeking a Full Time Team Leader to join our team at Weavers Court, Diss. This role centers on leading care packages, supervising Radis staff, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care aligned with dignity, choice and respect.

You will supervise, schedule and support staff, manage care plans and medications, and participate in the on-call rota to provide coverage as needed. A DBS check is required and a driving license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader is desirable but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care with progression to Level 3 is preferred.
• DBS check required for the role.
• A driving license with access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for care packages, supervising Radis Staff.
• Schedule and allocate care tasks, ensuring care plans and medications are followed.
• Support people directly with personal care, medication, and activities.
• Take part in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover when required.
