Job summary

Leaders In Care in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Registered Branch Manager to lead an Extra Care scheme in Liskeard, guiding a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services in people’s own homes.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while delivering outstanding care and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Branch Manager, Registered Care Manager or CQC Registered Manager within adult social care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to domiciliary care, community care or Extra Care services.
  • Experience managing operational performance, budgets, compliance, quality standards and business performance.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful care teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality care and operational performance.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet service demand while delivering outstanding standards of care.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive continuous improvement while maintaining exceptional standards of care, compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support business growth while ensuring outstanding quality and regulatory performance.
