Job summary

Leaders In Care is seeking an experienced Extra Care Scheme Manager in Hertfordshire. You will lead four established Extra Care schemes, hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility, and build high-performing teams across multiple locations to ensure safe, person-centred care.

You will drive governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service performance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as Registered Manager or CQC Registered Manager in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance.
• Experience managing budgets, compliance and multi-site delivery.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multi-location teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality care across four established Extra Care schemes in Hertfordshire.
• Hold CQC Registered Manager responsibility, ensuring services meet quality standards.
• Recruit, coach and develop care teams across multiple services.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and company policies.
• Monitor performance, budgets, KPIs and operations to drive success.
• Build relationships with users, families, authorities and professionals.
• Drive continuous improvement while upholding standards of care and governance.
