Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee three Extra Care schemes in Blackburn. This leadership role involves ensuring high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance while developing dedicated teams.

The position comes with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, along with substantial benefits including 25 days annual leave, ongoing training, and long-term progression opportunities.

• Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.

The Role

You will oversee three Extra Care schemes across Blackburn and Darwen, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance and effective service performance.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and developing care teams
• Managing staffing levels and workforce planning
• Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention
• Building positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
• Monitoring performance and driving service improvement
• Managing budgets and operational performance

About You
