Heart of England Training is seeking an External Hairdressing Educator to support apprentices across Northamptonshire. The role involves travel to salons, delivering training, coaching and assessment to help learners complete their apprenticeship and advance in their careers.

You will manage a caseload, monitor learning plans, conduct progress reviews, and provide constructive feedback. A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in education or hairdressing training.
• Ability to travel to salons across Northamptonshire.

Established in 1971, Heart of England Training is a leading apprenticeship provider, rated as 'excellent' by employers and apprentices and proudly supporting over 1,000 apprentices across England.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified and passionate External Hairdressing Educator to join our team, supporting apprentices across Northamptonshire.

This is a role involving travel to salons within Northamptonshire to work directly with apprentices and employers. You'll play a key role in developing the next generation of hair professionals by supporting learners to achieve their apprenticeship and career goals.

Whether you are already working in education or are an experienced hair professional looking to move into training, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As an External Hairdressing Educator, you will:
